We are not a luxury hotel or a simple tourist B&B. We are an authentic taste of Venice, with the flavor of lived-in homes and the spirit of Venetian hospitality: warm, discreet, and with a smile. We have curated every detail with care, thinking of those who travel for exploration, romance, work, or simply the pleasure of being in Venice.

The palace still retains the charm of historic Venetian residences, with exposed beams, Murano glass chandeliers, and windows that open onto unexpected views. The heart of the structure is located on the second floor with a Venetian lounge, a welcoming and versatile space to relax, read, work, or meet others. During events such as the Biennale, the Film Festival, or other Venice festivals, this hall becomes a genuine press room for visiting journalists and bloggers to write as they exchange information and opinions, all in a lively international atmosphere.

For a quick break or treat at any time of the day, our relaxation room offers a convenient dispenser with a coffee machine, drinks, and snacks. We do not serve breakfast, but there are excellent pastry shops, coffee bars, and restaurants to suit every taste within walking distance.

We have several rooms, distributed over multiple floors of a period Venetian building, all equipped with a private bathroom, safe, free Wi-Fi, and a simple yet refined style. There is no elevator, but climbing the stairs immerses you still further into an authentic and timeless atmosphere.

The San Maurizio guest house also reflects the pride of those who manage it. Our team is small, but always present and attentive.
