We are the ideal solution for every need, whether you are here for the Biennale, work, or a special event.
However, it’s not just about having a convenient location. It’s all about atmosphere. It’s also the light that filters between the buildings, the ancient Venetian pavement known as masegni, the rhythmic sound of footsteps along the streets.
Every detail that surrounds us tells the story of authentic Venice: elegant but not ostentatious, lively but not intrusive, and welcoming in its private seclusion. Campo San Maurizio lies at the heart, with a unique soul that you can feel as soon as you arrive, like background music that accompanies your every day.
Then there is the antiques market, where the Campo comes alive every second Sunday of the month with stalls, collectors, rare finds, and plenty of stories to take home.

How to reach us
By train
from Santa Lucia Station, take vaporetto line 1 to the “Giglio” stop. From there, walk 5 minutes towards Campo Santo Stefano – Accademia to reach the guest house.
By plane
from the Venice Marco Polo Airport, you can reach us by water with the Alilaguna motorboat (Orange line taken from the airport dock) to the “Giglio” stop and continue on foot from there. Alternatively, from the airport take the ATVO bus or the ACTV bus 19 to Piazzale Roma, then take the vaporetto line 1 to the “Giglio” stop.
By car
park your car in one of the paid garages in Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto. Then take vaporetto line 1 to “Giglio”.
