This apartment is located right in the middle of magical Venice, in the San Polo district, opposite the Scuola Grande di S. Giovanni Evangelista. It is just a short distance from Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia Station, as well as a stone’s throw from the Chiesa dei Frari and the Scuola Grande di S. Rocco. There is also the nearby S. Tomà vaporetto stop, which can take you to all the main Venetian attractions. Famous monuments such as St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge with its characteristic market are both easily reached on foot.

The surrounding area is full of cafes, bars, traditional restaurants, and osterie where you can sip an ‘ombra’ (glass of wine) together with real Venetians out enjoying the flavours and atmosphere that can only be found in the splendid city of Venice. Our ‘Angolo Sconto’ Vacation House (from the Venetian dialect, meaning ‘Hidden Corner’) is located in the lively and picturesque Cannaregio district, a stone’s throw from the Ghetto. An ideal location for visiting important attractions while also preserving a peaceful atmosphere in a quiet alley that runs parallel to Strada Nova, which leads straight to the Rialto Bridge and St Mark’s Square. It is also a few steps from the San Marcuola vaporetto stop and easily reached on foot from the Santa Lucia Station and Piazzale Roma.
The Vacation House consists of three floors, with a kitchen on the ground floor (the only shared space in the house) and an independent Mini-Suite on each of the other floors that can be booked individually. The House and Mini-Suites are the ideal solution for groups of friends, couples, business travelers looking for a quiet space with high-speed WiFi, families, and independent travelers.
